ProofMark

Overview

ProofMark is a due diligence platform for Web3 projects. Founders submit their project: team, tokenomics, roadmap, funding, go-to-market and online presence. Certified human analysts, AI, or a mix of both then score it on eight fixed dimensions. Because every project uses the same framework, two reports can be compared side by side. Analysts must pass a three-stage timed certification before they can review live projects. Launchpads and funds ("partners") can connect their existing Typeform or Google Forms. Each incoming application is then scored automatically against weightings they set. Affiliates refer projects and earn commission. An admin runs the whole network.

Finance — Manage income, expenses, budgets, transactions, invoices, and financial records in one place, with clear insights into cash flow and overall financial performance.
