Overview
Fire Bite is an online ordering platform for a kebab restaurant chain with two branches, Downtown and Riverside. Customers sign in with a one-time code sent by email, choose a branch and customize dishes: they can remove ingredients and add extras like extra meat, feta or jalapeños. They then pick a pickup time slot and pay nothing online; they collect the food without queuing. Staff work from a separate admin portal. There they manage branches, menus, products, ingredients and add-ons, and watch a live kitchen order queue that updates in real time. Products can be linked to the ready2order POS system, and prices are in EUR.
